Working Principle of Blast Drying Oven:
The drying process consumes a lot of heat energy. In order to save energy, some materials with high moisture content, suspensions or solutions containing solid substances are generally dehydrated mechanically or evaporated by heating, and then dried in a dryer to obtain dry solids. During the drying process, it is necessary to complete the transfer of heat and mass (moisture) at the same time, to ensure that the partial pressure (concentration) of the moisture vapor on the surface of the material is higher than that in the external space, and to ensure that the temperature of the heat source is higher than that of the material.
The heat is transferred from the high-temperature heat source to the wet material in various ways, so that the moisture on the surface of the material is vaporized and dissipated to the external space, so that there is a difference in the moisture content between the surface and the inside of the material. The internal moisture diffuses to the surface and vaporizes, so that the moisture content of the material is continuously reduced, and the overall drying of the material is gradually completed.

Blast Drying Oven Structure:
The outer shell is welded by high-quality steel plates, the surface is sprayed, and the inner steel plate is sprayed with high-temperature resistant silver powder paint or stainless steel plates, with two to four shelves. Ultra-fine glass wool is used for temperature insulation, double-layer glass observation windows are installed on the door, and heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope is installed on the working room and the door for temperature insulation and sealing. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating parts of the drying box are all concentrated in the front of the box for easy operation. The heating and constant temperature system in the box is composed of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan, and a suitable air duct structure.
When the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, and then sucked into the fan after passing through the dry items in the working room, so that the temperature can be uniformed through continuous circulation. The temperature controller is a microcomputer intelligent digital temperature controller. It adopts progressive heating to suppress the temperature overshoot to the greatest extent. It has a self-tuning function, high temperature control accuracy, a protection device for the set temperature, and a tracking alarm function.
Structural Features of Blast Drying Oven:
1. The shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying process, which is beautiful and generous;
2. The inner tank is made of stainless steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate after anti-corrosion treatment and processing;
3. There is a glass observation window in the middle of the door, which can observe the situation of the heated items in the working room at any time.
4. The door of the box is inlaid with rubber strips, which has good sealing performance and prevents heat loss;
5. The temperature of the studio is digitally displayed, which is easy to observe and read;
6. The temperature controller and sensor with time ratio adjustment function are used as the temperature measurement and temperature control system of this equipment, with small measurement error and high temperature control accuracy;
7. An exhaust valve is installed on the upper side of the working room, and the moisture released by the heated items can be discharged out of the box at any time during the working process.
How to Use the Blast Drying Oven?
1. Placement of samples: Put the items to be dried into the drying box, keep a certain space around the upper and lower sides, keep the air flow in the working room unobstructed, and close the box door.
2. Damper adjustment: According to the humidity of the dry goods, turn the damper adjustment knob to a proper position.
3. Start up: turn on the power and fan switch. At this time, the power indicator light is on, and the motor is running. After the temperature controller displays the "self-inspection" process, the drying oven enters the working state.
4. Set the desired temperature.
5. Timing setting.
6. Temperature control inspection: when starting up for the first time or using it for a period of time or when the season (environmental humidity) changes, the error between the temperature measured in the working room and the actual temperature must be reviewed, that is, the temperature control accuracy.
7. Shutdown: After drying, turn off the power switch. After the box cools down to room temperature, take out the dry items in the box and dry the studio.

Precautions for Using Blast Drying Oven:
1. The blast drying box must be grounded reliably to ensure safety. When energized, do not open the left door of the box, there is a circuit inside to prevent electric shock. Do not wipe with a damp cloth, let alone rinse with water.
2. When opening the door to observe the test object, do not splash water on the glass door to prevent the glass from bursting suddenly when cooling.
3. Flammable items should not be put into the box for high temperature baking test. If a high temperature test is required, the combustion temperature of each item should be measured in advance to prevent combustion.
4. When moving the blast drying box, the power supply should be cut off and the items in the box should be taken out to prevent contact and damage.
5. Always keep the blast drying box and circuit clean. If a failure occurs, the maintenance of the relevant unit should be stopped.
