Crystallization Reactor Features:
1. It is made of imported 316L stainless steel, the inner wall is polished by electrolytic mirror, and the outer wall is made of 304 fully welded structure for heat preservation and electrolytic matte treatment.
2. A 0.2 μm hydrophobic vent filter is installed on the body of the crystallization reactor.
3. It can withstand high temperature sterilization at 121°C and is equipped with a hygienic pressure gauge.

Crystallization Reactor Case:
This product is used for hydrolysis, neutralization crystallization, distillation, evaporation, storage and other production links in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and other industries.
(1) Dissolving CBD oil in the crystallization reactor
Dissolve clarified CBD oil in pentane, ensuring that the vent/condenser of the jacketed vessel is connected to a suitable blower motor or fume hood to vent pentane vapors. Pentane boils at 36 °C. Pentane gives off a lot of vapor even at lower temperatures. , make sure the vessel condenser is cooled to -20 °C. Add pentane to CBD oil in a 1:2 ratio in a jacketed vessel. Turn on stirring and turn on the heating bath and set to 45 °C. Wait until the solution reaches 45 °C and all the oil has dissolved.
(2) Precipitation in crystallization reactor
Set the bath to 5 °C. Reduce stirring speed. As the solution cools, it becomes more viscous. Adjust the stirrer to keep the RPM above 120. CBD crystals will spontaneously form or "flush" out of the pentane solution. Continue to lower the temperature to at least -10 °C. The temperatures you use and how they change over time will change the crystal growth.
(3) The crystallization reactor collects CBD crystals
Once precipitation has ceased, flush or physically remove CBD crystals from the reactor. Vacuum filter the crystal/liquid slurry to remove the mother liquor from the CBD crystals. Rinse the crystals with ice-cold pentane to wash away impurities from the crystal surface. More rinsing with pentane improves poor color but reduces overall yield. Keeping the CBD and material cool during this step will help increase yield.
