The whole liquid cycle is a closed system, it will not inhale water vapor at low temperature, and will not inhale oil mist at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil has a wide working temperature.
The Working Principle of the Heater Chiller Circulator:
The heater chiller circulator performs data programming through the intelligent thermostat, and the temperature sensing system feeds back the container temperature data, so that the controller controls the compressor to cool down, so that the heater chiller circulator medium obtains low temperature, and the medium in the chamber obtains high temperature through heating by the heater. The rapid cooling and heating process makes the temperature of the medium in the tank reach the user's requirements, and then the medium is delivered to external equipment (such as a reactor) through a leak-free shielded circulation pump. Open the valve after turning on the backflow to achieve the purpose of heat cycle exchange.

Heater Chiller Circulator Features:
(1) Equipped with a heating and cooling integrated container, the heat exchange area is large, the heating and cooling speed is fast, and the demand for heat transfer oil is relatively small.
(2) It can realize continuous heating and cooling, adopts the technology of operating the compressor under high temperature and high pressure, and can directly turn on the compressor for refrigeration from 199 degrees, greatly improving the cooling rate and saving test time and energy.
(3) The whole cycle is airtight, no oil mist volatilizes at high temperature, and the heat transfer oil is not easy to be oxidized and browned; it is not easy to absorb water vapor in the air at low temperature; the service life of the heat transfer oil is extended.

(7) Long-term operation will cause fouling on the surface of the condenser that isolates the explosion-proof heater chiller circulator, thereby interfering with normal operation. In order to make it work inefficiently or be easily damaged, etc., it needs to be cleaned regularly.
(8) If you want to clean the equipment, you must disassemble it first, because the parts to be cleaned are not easy to see inside the collector. The various components of the refrigeration unit cross each other, and the pipelines are complicated and difficult to disassemble, which is an understanding of the entire structure.
(9) After the connection between the cleaning device and the condenser is disassembled in the previous step, find the direction of the water inlet of the condenser and connect it to the water inlet or water outlet of the water pump, and then use tools to heat the pipe.
(10) According to the working principle that the electric heater evenly distributed at the bottom of the reactor jacket heats the heat transfer oil in the jacket, and then transfers heat through the oil, so that the material in the reactor reaches the temperature required by the process.
(11) If it is necessary to react at a higher temperature and avoid a high-pressure heating system, other media can be used instead of water heating and steam heating to achieve the effect, and different temperature needs can be selected. Heating medium.
How to Use Heater Chiller Circulator:
1. Connect the circulation outlet of the equipment to the inlet of the reactor, and connect the circulation inlet of the equipment to the outlet of the reactor. Make the system a closed loop system.
2. Connect the power supply correctly.
3. Open the upper cover of the liquid replenishment tank, add heat transfer oil to the expansion level; open the exhaust valve, turn on the power, press the cycle button, and start adding heat transfer oil to the system. until liquid escapes from the vent. (At this point most of the gas in the system has been vented)
4. After the liquid is added, the liquid level of the expansion tank must be at the liquid level at 25 degrees, and cannot exceed or be lower than the calibration liquid level. (exhaust valve closed)
5. Turn on the power switch first according to the work needs.
6. Turn on or off the heating switch according to the set temperature value. (Must be open during heating or constant temperature phase).
7. Turn on or off the refrigeration switch according to the set temperature value. (This switch must be turned off if it is not in the cooling section and the measured temperature is > 70).
Precautions for Using Heater Chiller Circulator:
1) Regardless of whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the temperature control device must be located in an operating environment with sufficient fresh air: a space greater than 30cm around.
2) When choosing a heat transfer medium, pay attention to whether its upper and lower temperature limits, ignition point, viscosity, freezing point, etc. meet the requirements, and whether it is suitable for the use of the internal pipeline of the instrument;
3) When selecting heat transfer pipes, the length should be as short as possible and the diameter as large as possible. If the diameter is too small, it may cause current restriction;
4) Do not use water as a heat transfer medium;
5) Unsuitable heat transfer media will have a negative impact on the equipment and may cause damage to the device. Therefore, only use the heat transfer medium specified by the manufacturer and within the specified pressure range.
6) The equipment adjustment parameters must be reset after filling, which is a requirement for correct operation and use of the instrument;
7) Do not knot the heat transfer medium pipeline of the refrigeration and heating all-in-one machine;
8) Regularly check the heat transfer pipes to avoid material damage (such as fission).
9) Warning: In order to avoid damage to the pipeline of the instrument, please use water treatment chemicals to clean the pipeline dirt regularly when using water with high mineral content.
