How Does the Heating Mantle Work?:

1. Put the stirring bar and the flask and beaker containing the solution on the heating mantle.

2. Turn on the heating control power supply, the power indicator light is on, turn the heating control knob to the right, the heating control indicator light is on; the whole machine starts to work.

3. Turn on the stirring control power supply, the power indicator light is on, turn the speed control knob to the right, the stirring bar will start to rotate, and the speed adjustment is only necessary for the experiment.

Precautions for Using Heating Mantle:

1. Heating and stirring can be used at the same time or separately.

2. Since the surface of the heating jacket is coated with oil, it is normal to emit white smoke during use, and then the surface turns brown, and the original color can be restored after a few minutes.

3. In order to prolong the use of the product, all the motors of the magnetic stirrer are equipped with a fan cooling function. During the heating experiment, especially the high temperature heating experiment, the instrument cannot be used for heating alone, and the motor must be adjusted to rotation or medium speed. Rotating state (or idling) to prevent motors and electrical appliances from being damaged by high temperature radiation.

4. When heating, the human body should not touch the heating mantle to avoid burns.

5. If you have wet hands, liquid overflows, or electric leakage occurs when placed in high humidity for a long time, you should dry it in time or dry it naturally before using it to avoid danger.

6. After use, turn off the power switch, and store it in a ventilated and dry place after cooling.

7. When the ambient humidity is relatively high, there may be induction electricity transmitted to the shell through the insulation layer, please ensure the grounding wire to avoid leakage, and pay attention to ventilation.
