Working Principle of Low Temperature Thermostatic Water Bath:
The low temperature thermostatic water bath uses a fully enclosed compressor for mechanical refrigeration. There is a cooling copper coil on the inner wall of the cooling tank. The refrigerant (Freon) circulates continuously through the coil on the inner wall of the water tank to cool the refrigerant in the tank, and through the built-in circulation pump. The internal circulation reaction, or the external circulation pipeline transports the refrigerant to the interlayer or condensation coil of the supporting equipment, which indirectly cools the material in the reactor, cools and liquefies the steam that the condensation pipe contacts.
During external circulation, the lower outlet pipeline of the product is connected to the lower inlet pipeline of the kettle body or condenser, and the circulating liquid comes out from the upper circulation port and returns to the inlet of the product through the pipeline to form a complete circulation space. Generally, it can be connected to the interlayer of the double-layer reactor, the rotary evaporator, and the condensation coil of the reactor.
During internal circulation, put the reaction vessel into the bath and fix it, start the heating function, and keep the refrigerant temperature constant within the set range; start the magnetic stirring function, put the stirring bar into the material, and magnetically stir the material.

How to Use Low Temperature Thermostatic Water Bath:
1. When using, add water or alcohol first, and the height should not be lower than the water level (marked on the instrument), otherwise it will affect the use effect.
2. Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and select the temperature to be used.
3. Turn on the switch of the circulating pump to make the temperature of the water (alcohol) in the tank even.
4. When the temperature reaches the set temperature, you can choose to put in the object to be cooled according to the need, or draw out the cooling liquid to establish the second constant temperature field.
Precautions for Low Temperature Thermostatic Water Bath:
1. Attention when starting up:
Antifreeze or water must be added according to the reaction temperature before starting the machine.
2. Power warning:
The power supply must meet the requirements of the equipment and have reliable grounding.
3. Environmental attention:
There must be sufficient space around. The distance from other items or equipment that affects ventilation shall not be less than 400mm. It should be placed in a ventilated, dry and pollution-free room temperature environment. When the temperature is higher than room temperature, please turn off the refrigeration and keep the temperature constant. Please do not use ethanol when the temperature is higher than 40°C to avoid danger.
4. Maintenance:
Before opening the case, please disconnect the power (to prevent electric shock).
There is high-pressure gas in the refrigeration system, and non-professionals are not allowed to open it.
