How to Use Magnetic Stirrer with Hot Plate:

1. Turn on the power, the indicator light is on, then adjust the speed control knob clockwise, the speed is from slow to fast, adjust to the required speed, the stirring bar rotates to drive the solution to stir;

2. When constant temperature heating is required, insert the temperature measuring probe into the solution, and insert the plug into the stirrer seat (corresponding to the water bath collector type magnetic stirrer with hot plate, because the temperature measuring probe is integrated inside the water bath, no This step), adjust the temperature knob to the desired temperature;

3. When timing operation is required, turn the timing switch clockwise to the required time position. At this time, the power light is on and the instrument is working. When the timing switch automatically turns to the starting position, the stirring will stop automatically (this step is only for For models with this timing function);

4. Turn off the power switch after use, disassemble the reaction device, and unplug the magnetic stirrer with hot plate power plug.

Precautions for Using Magnetic Stirrer with Hot Plate:

1. When adjusting the speed, it should be gradually adjusted from low speed to high speed. Do not start directly at high speed, so as to avoid the agitator being out of sync and causing beating;

2. The magnetic stirrer with hot plate should be kept clean and dry, especially do not allow the solution to enter the machine, and cannot be heated when not stirring;

3. When you find that the stirrer jumps or does not stir during stirring, please cut off the power to check whether the bottom of the beaker is flat and whether the position is correct.
