The Structure of the Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump:
The rotary vane pump is mainly composed of pump body, rotor, rotary vane, end cover, spring and so on. A rotor is installed in the cavity of the rotary vane pump. The outer circle of the rotor is tangent to the inner surface of the pump cavity (there is a small gap between the two), and two rotary vanes with springs are installed in the rotor groove. When rotating, relying on the centrifugal force and the tension of the spring to keep the top of the rotary vane in contact with the inner wall of the pump chamber, the rotation of the rotor drives the rotary vane to slide along the inner wall of the pump chamber.
The rotary vane vacuum pump is a positive displacement pump, which uses the rotary vane to continuously operate in the pump chamber to suck and compress the gas and discharge it from the exhaust port. The pump is mainly composed of a stator, a rotor, a rotary vane, etc., and the rotor is eccentrically loaded into the stator cavity. There are two rotary vanes in the rotor groove, and the rotary vane spring is placed between the two rotary vanes. The intake and exhaust ports on the stator are separated into two parts by the rotor and the rotary vane.
When the rotor rotates in the stator cavity, the end of the rotary vane slides against the inner wall of the pump cavity under the combined action of the spring tension and its own centrifugal force, and periodically expands the cavity volume on the side of the air inlet to inhale gas, and at the same time The volume of the exhaust port is gradually reduced, the inhaled gas is compressed, and then discharged from the exhaust port to achieve the purpose of pumping.
Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump Installation Method:
1. The rotary vane vacuum pump must be installed in a place with a clean environment and dry air. The room temperature should be between 5-40°C. The large rotary vane vacuum pump must be fixed on a solid cement foundation with bolts.
2. Before unpacking the wooden box of the rotary vane vacuum pump, check whether the wooden box is damaged, disassemble the wooden box and check whether the pump is damaged, whether the motor is damaged or damp, if it is damaged or damp, it must be repaired and dried before use. to install.
3. The suction port on the upper part of the suction cylinder of the rotary vane vacuum pump has been sealed with a metal gland when leaving the factory. When installing, you must check whether the seal is damaged, whether there are sundries and dirt in the pump body, and maintain it if necessary. Clean up.
4. When the rotary vane vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum system, the connecting pipe must be cleaned inside and outside, and the joint of the pipe must be sealed with a vacuum oil-resistant rubber gasket. It is strictly forbidden to drop foreign matter into the pump.
5. Remove the protective cover and V-belt and turn the pulley of the pump by hand for 2-3 turns to check whether the rotation is normal. Before turning on the power, it is necessary to check whether the power supply voltage, cycle, and number of phases are in accordance with the motor nameplate. After turning on the power, the direction of rotation of the motor should be the same as that of the rotary vane vacuum pump. Put the triangular tape guard on.
6. Unscrew the filling screw plug on the fuel tank cap, pour vacuum oil into the fuel tank until the oil level reaches the center line of the oil mark. When the room temperature is too low in winter, the oil must be heated to 15°C before injection, and the screw plug should be tightened after the oil is injected. When the rotary vane vacuum pump is in normal operation, the oil level in the oil tank is kept on the oil level line and must not exceed it. It also adopts the method of injecting vacuum oil from the suction port, and the clean vacuum oil will clean and lubricate the internal parts of the pump, making it run more lightly.
7. After the installation is completed, the surroundings of the rotary vane vacuum pump must be cleaned. The exterior of the pump and motor must be wiped clean.

If the pump oil becomes dirty, turbid, or water or other volatile substances enter the rotary vane vacuum pump and affect the ultimate vacuum, open the gas ballast to purify it, and observe the rise of the ultimate vacuum. It will be invalid for several hours. , the pump oil should be replaced and replaced again if necessary. Oil change method: run the rotary vane vacuum pump for about half an hour to make the oil thinner, stop the pump and drain the oil from the oil discharge hole, then open the air inlet and run for 10-20 seconds, during which time a small amount of cleaning can be slowly added from the suction port Pump oil to replace the oil in the pump cavity. If the oil coming out is dirty, the latter can be repeated.
4. Do not mix diesel oil, gasoline and other oils with high saturated vapor pressure, so as not to reduce the ultimate vacuum. When disassembling and washing the internal parts of the rotary vane vacuum pump, generally wipe it with gauze. When there are metal debris, sand mud or other harmful substances that must be cleaned, they can be scrubbed with gasoline, etc., and can be assembled after drying. Do not soak in gasoline.
