Working Principle of Stainless Steel Reactor:
The stainless steel reactor vessel is used as a comprehensive reaction container, and the inner layer undergoes a chemical reaction through stirring. According to the chemical reaction conditions and the design of the structure and configuration accessories of the reaction kettle, it can be designed from the beginning of the reaction to the discharge, and can be designed according to different processes. It is required to carry out the stirring reaction under various pressures (normal pressure or negative pressure), carry out the distillation and reflux of the solution reaction, and after the reaction is completed, the material is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the kettle, and the various reactions in the reaction process can be treated. Important parameters (reactant concentration, product concentration, pressure, temperature, agitation, blast) are regulated by strict automation. Features of Stainless Steel Reactor:
1. Advantages of mechanical properties: Due to the strong mechanical properties of stainless steel, the reaction kettle made of it can withstand higher working pressure and deformation, so it can withstand larger solid materials.
2. Fast heating speed: The stainless steel reactor is used for physical or chemical reaction reactors, which need to have high thermal conductivity and cooling performance. The advantage of stainless steel material is that the heating and cooling speed is relatively fast.

Precautions for Operation of Stainless Steel Reactor:
When the stainless steel reactor vessel is running, it must be carried out in accordance with the operating process regulations. Overtemperature, overpressure and overload operation are prohibited. If abnormal phenomena such as overtemperature, overpressure and overload occur, emergency plans should be adopted in accordance with the regulations.
1. The high-pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed indoors. When multiple autoclaves are equipped, they should be placed separately. Each operating room should have an outlet directly leading to the outside or passage, and the equipment location should be well ventilated.
2. When installing the lid of the kettle, the sealing surfaces of the kettle body and the lids should be prevented from colliding with each other. Carefully place the lid of the kettle on the kettle body at a fixed position. When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened diagonally and symmetrically several times. The force should be uniform, and the lid of the kettle is not allowed to tilt to one side, so as to achieve a good sealing effect.
3. At the connection of positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts are allowed to be rotated, and the two circular arc sealing surfaces must not be rotated relative to each other. When all the nut pattern joints of the reactor are assembled, lubricating oil should be applied.
4. The needle-type valve is sealed with a thread. It only needs to turn the valve needle slightly and press the cover tightly to achieve a good sealing effect.
5. Turn the rotating body on the reactor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.
How to Maintain the Stainless Steel Reactor:
1. Read the instructions carefully before using the stainless steel reactor, check the instruments and instruments, and check whether there are any signs of damage to the reactor body.
2. Clean each interface of the reactor.
3. Regularly check whether the motor reducer and coupling are loose or not.
4. Turn on the power switch and let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make the machine stop, and then turn off the switch.
5. Check the sealing ring of the reactor, check whether there is any damage, and keep the shaft and the sealing ring lubricated.
6. The electrical part must not enter the water, and it is strictly forbidden to be damp.
7. When replacing parts of the stainless steel reactor, the original parts produced by the original factory must be used. Random use of other parts will cause fatal damage to the machine.
8. When doing any repairs or inspections, the stainless steel reactor must first cut off the power supply and water source.
9. After the stainless steel reactor is used, the residual oil stains, stains, and solvent residues must be cleaned and kept clean.
