The refrigeration system of ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer basically adopts the working principle of cascade refrigeration, and two fully enclosed compressors are selected as high and low temperature compressors. The copper tube of the low-temperature evaporator is directly attached to the outside of the inner box in the form of a coil, and the gap between the coil and the box wall is filled with heat-conducting cement to increase the heat exchange effect.

The temperature control range of ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer is generally -10°C-180°C. It is used for low-temperature experiments and storage of special materials such as scientific research, preservation of medical supplies, biological products, ocean-going products, electronic components, and chemical materials. .

Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) Freezer Working Principle:

Generally, two-stage refrigeration is used. The temperature sensing probe of the equipment is a thermistor, and different temperatures are displayed on the panel according to the resistance value (that is, the temperature). When the power is turned on, when the temperature displayed on the panel is higher than the set temperature, the first-stage compressor starts first, and the first-stage refrigeration system starts to work, so that the temperature of the condenser of the second-stage refrigeration system drops, that is, the second-stage refrigerant The temperature drops, and after a few minutes of delay, the second-stage refrigeration system also starts to work. Its evaporator is on the inner wall of the refrigerator, which can make the internal temperature of the refrigerator drop a lot, and the heat released by its condenser is all taken by the first-stage refrigeration system. The evaporator absorbs the heat, and the heat released by the primary condenser is scattered into the air.

When the internal temperature of the ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer reaches the set temperature, the resistance of the temperature sensor will transmit the information, the control relay will be de-energized and disconnected, and the two-stage refrigeration system will stop working. When the temperature in the refrigerator rises again and exceeds the set temperature, the refrigerator repeats the above operation process again, so that the temperature in the refrigerator is always maintained at about the set temperature.

Notes for Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) Freezer:

1. Before storing items, run it in an empty box. After entering a stable operating state (about 12 hours), wait until the box is fully cooled before putti0ng in refrigerated items.

2. The items or other products put in the ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer box at one time should not be overcrowded, and there should be an appropriate gap to facilitate the circulation of cold air in the box.

3. The ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer refrigeration system is used to maintain ultra-low temperature, not a quick freezing device. If a large capacity (high water content substance) is to be stored, it should be pre-cooled in another quick freezing device and stored in this system. So as not to cause the refrigeration system to stop for a long time.

4. When the initial storage volume is large, the temperature setting should be gradually lowered, and the temperature should be lowered by 10°C in each step, and kept for 7-10 hours until the storage temperature is reached.

5. The ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer is used to preserve general biological products. The ultra low temperature (ULT) freezer is not a quick cooling device. High water content can be cooled in advance and then refrigerated.

6. When storing plastic bag products, be careful not to get close to the metal edge to avoid scratching the plastic bag.
