Vacuum Drying Oven

The vacuum drying oven is a large-volume container that can be set to keep the temperature constant and dry the wet glassware. The temperature inside the oven can be set with the control knob on the front panel. The actual temperature can be read directly by the attached thermometer. Because the boiling point of water is one centigrade, one temperature must make the glassware dry quickly. But when it is above 80 degrees, the vapor pressure of water is quite high, which is enough to dry the wet utensils quickly.

The Principle of Vacuum Drying Oven:

The inside of the vacuum drying oven is divided into several layers by a heating plate. Put hot water or low-pressure steam into the heating plate as the heating medium, place the tray covered with the medicine to be dried on the heating plate, close the door, and vacuum the inside of the box with a vacuum pump. The heating plate heats the medicine to the specified temperature in the circulating flow of the heating medium, and the water starts to evaporate and is gradually sucked away with the vacuum. This equipment is easy to control, and can condense and recover the evaporated solvent. During the drying process, the medicine is not easy to be polluted. It can be used in medicine drying, packaging material sterilization and heat treatment.

Vacuum Drying Oven Structure:

The vacuum drying oven is mainly composed of vacuum valve switch (exhaust and air outlet), power switch and heating switch, intelligent temperature control instrument, vacuum gauge, product name, oven shell, door handle, observation window, shelf and oven door hinge.

1. The shell of the electric vacuum drying oven is stamped, folded and welded by steel plate. The surface of the shell is treated with high-strength electrostatic spray coating, and the paint film is smooth and firm.

2. The working room is folded and welded by carbon steel plate or stainless steel plate, and insulation cotton is filled between the working room and the shell.

3. There is a sample shelf inside the studio, which is used to place various test items, and mica heaters are installed around the outer wall of the studio. The door seal is sealed with a silicon rubber strip, and there is a sight glass for observation on the door.

4. The evacuation and inflation of the electric vacuum drying oven are controlled by solenoid valves. The electrical box is on the left or lower part of the box. The front panel of the electrical box is equipped with vacuum gauges, temperature control instruments and control switches. Electrical appliances are installed in the electrical box. element.

How to Use Vacuum Drying Oven:

Take the dzf-6020 vacuum drying oven as an example:

1. Put the items to be dried into the vacuum drying box, close the box door, close the air release valve, open the vacuum valve, turn on the vacuum pump and start pumping, so that the vacuum in the box reaches -0.1MPa, then turn off the vacuum valve, and then turn off the power of the vacuum pump.

2. Turn the power switch of the DZF vacuum drying box to "on", select the desired set temperature, and the temperature in the box will start to rise. When the temperature in the box is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator will turn on and off, repeatedly Generally, it can enter the constant temperature state within 120 minutes.

3. When the required working temperature is low, the second setting method can be adopted. For example, if the required temperature is 60°C, the first time can be set to 50°C. After the temperature overshoot starts to fall back, set the second time to 60°C. ℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the temperature overshoot phenomenon, and enter the constant temperature state as soon as possible. (Please refer to the following "Nine" operation).

4. Choose different drying times according to the degree of humidity of different items. If the drying time is longer and the vacuum degree drops, it needs to be pumped again to restore the vacuum degree. The vacuum pump should be powered first, and then the vacuum valve should be opened.

5. After drying, turn off the power of the drying oven, open the air release valve, release the vacuum state in the DZF vacuum drying oven, and then open the door to take out the items. (After the vacuum is released, if the sealing ring and the glass door are tightly deformed, it is not easy to open the door immediately. After a period of time, the door can be opened conveniently after the sealing ring returns to its original shape.)

Features of Vacuum Drying Oven:

1. It adopts streamline arc design, the shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is electrostatically sprayed;

2. The temperature control system of this machine adopts microcomputer single-chip microcomputer technology, temperature control, timing, and over-temperature alarm;

8. The working room of this machine is a cuboid structure, which maximizes the effective volume. The door of the box adopts toughened and bulletproof double-layer glass doors, so that users can clearly see the items cultivated in the working room.

Precautions for Vacuum Drying Oven:

1. The shell of the vacuum box must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

2. The vacuum box should be used in an environment where the relative humidity is ≤85%RH, there is no corrosive gas around, no strong vibration source and strong electromagnetic field.

3. There is no explosion-proof and anti-corrosion treatment in the vacuum box studio, and items that are flammable, explosive, and corrosive gases are not allowed to be dried.

4. The vacuum pump cannot work for a long time, so when the vacuum degree meets the requirements of dry goods, the vacuum valve should be closed first, and then the power of the vacuum pump should be turned off. This prolongs the service life of the vacuum pump.

5. If the dry item is wet, add a filter between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent the wet gas from entering the vacuum pump and causing the vacuum pump to malfunction.

6. If the dried items become light weight and small in size (small granules) after drying, a barrier net should be added to the vacuum port in the working room to prevent the vacuum pump (or solenoid valve) from being inhaled by dry items.

7. After the vacuum box has been used for many times, it will cause the phenomenon that it cannot be vacuumed. At this time, the door seal should be replaced or the protruding distance of the door buckle on the box body should be adjusted to solve the problem. When the drying temperature of the vacuum box is higher than 200°C, slow air leakage will occur (except for 6050, 6050B, 6051, and 6053). At this time, remove the back cover of the box and use the hex wrench to loosen the heater base and replace the seal. Turn or tighten the heater base to resolve.

8. If the rubber plug of the air release valve is difficult to rotate, it can be lubricated with an appropriate amount of grease inside. (such as petroleum jelly)

9. Except for maintenance, the left box cover (except for 6090 and 6210 models) cannot be disassembled to avoid damage to the electrical control system.

10. The vacuum box should always be kept clean. The door glass should not be wiped with reactive chemical solutions, but should be wiped with a soft cotton cloth.

11. If the vacuum box is not used for a long time, wipe the exposed electroplated parts and apply neutral grease to prevent corrosion, and put a plastic film dust cover on it, and place it in a dry room to prevent electrical components from being damaged by moisture and affecting use.
